Peanut Butter Energy Balls
INGREDIENTS
- 1 c. almonds
- 1 c. golden raisins
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. peanut butter or almond butter
- Shredded unsweetened coconut
DIRECTIONS
- Grind almonds in food processor
- Add raisins, cinnamon and grind till mixed
- Roll into bite size balls and then roll in coconut
Makes 25-30 balls.
