Left-over Champagne? You can save it...

Don't pour out the leftover champagne, or any sparkling liquor, left in the bottle; take a spoon, or if the handles too big, a knife or fork, and place it handle first into the bottle. It will keep for one day, maybe two, without loosing those bubbles. You could actually use a polished spoon. I usually use stainless.
