Football Fav Buffalo Chicken Dip

Football season is here! And with it comes a whole team of hearty, flavorful snacks. My favorite of these is an adaptation of the Frank’s Red Hot buffalo chicken dip, which can be served with everything from actual chicken wings to crackers and fresh veggies. Dip in and you’ll have to agree, this recipe is a touchdown!  
 
Ingredients
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 (8 ounce) package of softened cream cheese
1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Original sauce
2/3 cup ranch dressing (or bleu cheese dressing)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (or bleu cheese crumbles)
Chopped green onions (enough for a top garnish)
 
 
Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Combine chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, 1/2 cup of ranch dressing, and cheese and put into a baking dish.
  3. Bake until dip is heated all the way through (about 20 minutes); stir. Top with a drizzle of the remaining ranch dressing and green onions.
  4. Serve with crackers, chips, chicken, fresh veggies, or anything that sounds good to you!
