Tip - making your poinsettia a long-term friend

Consider transplanting your poinsettia into a terra cotta pot. This will allow the roots to breathe. Terra Cotta does require more frequent watering, but that weekly interaction can be healthy, for both you, and the plant!

Use good organic potting soil and occasionally, some liquid fertilizer and your poinsettia can be a long-term addition to your home.
