Next Saturday is our Bread Baking Showcase!
Each fall we honor the Market's namesake and historic locale with our annual Bread Festival. Join us for baking demonstrations from renowned local bakers, enter your own bread in our baking showcase and shop from over 60+ local farmers and food makers including bakeries, farm-to-table sourdough pizza and heritage flours!

Bread Showcase Recipes
Next Saturday's baking showcase is open to all homebakers--quick breads, sourdough and yeasted. To enter, simply drop off your loaf between 8 and 9:30 a.m. in the train shed kitchen patio area. From 9:30 to 10:30 bakers will sample and share stories of their breads for the public. Get inspired with recipes from our archive!
