We Stand Together

by Sue Zelickson, Tastemaker in Residence - posted by Women Who Really Cook - WWRC

We stand with our black and brown members of the community and demand #justiceforgeorgefloyd

Our hearts go out to the community as we grieve the loss of George Floyd. People of color should not have to live in fear of the police, a tragic reminder of the prejudice and inequality that exists.

We are sad to see our member's homes and businesses burning and are hopeful that we can instead channel that anger to bring about effective, peaceful, and sustainable change.

We love you, stay safe.
