This pandemic has tested our relationships like never before: working closely, parenting 24-7, educating our children, cooking continuously and not having the space or the time to care for ourselves. And here comes Valentine’s Day this month, asking us to celebrate and honor love and our relationships. As always in life, humor and creativity can provide some options.
Since Valentine’s Day this year falls on a Sunday, why not set aside the day for some down time as a family with easy, fun crafts, quick baking and possibly even a good movie? Hopefully, along the way we will not only nourish our bodies and hearts but also reaffirm our joy in the connection to our loved ones.
Below are some suggestions to get you going, hope you find them helpful!
