Roast Turkey Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 lb. melted butter
3 cloves garlic, mashed
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
Flour
10 lb. turkey
Instructions
1. Combine the first six ingredients, using enough flour to make paste.
2. With hands, rub mixture inside and outside of turkey.
3. Place in large pan and bake uncovered at 325° for 2 1/2 hours or until brown, basting often.
4. Cover with aluminum foil tent and cook for 2 1/2 hours more until turkey is done and leg moves easily. You may stuff with your favorite dressing.
8-10 servings
A seasoned Thanksgiving tradition, can be done with roast chicken also and served all year long.
