Mustard Batons - Happy Bastille Day

Happy Bastille Day! - Try another super easy appetizer - Bleu Cheese-French Bread-Raspberries
Ingredients
1 pkg Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry, thawed
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, minced
1 Egg, beaten with a splash of water
Instructions
- Roll out puff pastry to about a 12” X 16” rectangle
- Spread half of mustard over lower half of pastry
- Sprinkle half of cheese and tomatoes over mustard
- Fold top half over onto lower half and press firmly
- Brush beaten egg wash over pastry
- Cut pastry with pizza cutter into 1” strips and cut again in half
- Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes then rotate pan and bake an additional 8 minutes
- This is easily frozen before baking or after baking. Warm to room temperature to serve.
