Mustard Batons - Happy Bastille Day

Happy Bastille Day! - Try another super easy appetizer - Bleu Cheese-French Bread-Raspberries

Ingredients
1 pkg Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry, thawed
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, minced
1 Egg, beaten with a splash of water

Instructions

  1. Roll out puff pastry to about a 12” X 16” rectangle
  2. Spread half of mustard over lower half of pastry
  3. Sprinkle half of cheese and tomatoes over mustard
  4. Fold top half over onto lower half and press firmly
  5. Brush beaten egg wash over pastry
  6. Cut pastry with pizza cutter into 1” strips and cut again in half
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes then rotate pan and bake an additional 8 minutes
  8. This is easily frozen before baking or after baking. Warm to room temperature to serve.
