Hong Kong Steak

by Katie Chin, Tastemaker in Residence

Want to shake up your 4th of July BBQ this year? Try this succulent, melt-in-your-mouth tender and delicious recipe for Hong Kong Steak. The marinade couldn’t be easier and I guarantee it’ll give off fireworks at your get together. You can get all of the ingredients for this Hong Kong Steak recipe at your local grocery store. Wake up on 4th of July morning and toss the beef with the marinade ingredients in plastic baggie, place in your fridge and just throw on the grill when you’re ready to eat. I like to serve this dish with a side of  baby bok choy. You can find premium hoisin sauce in the gourmet section of Cost Plus World Market
