Grilled Watermelon Steaks

Ingredients
1 seedless watermelon
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Balsamic reduction
Goat cheese
Basil
Instructions
- Turn the grill to medium heat
- Cut watermelon into wedges (no need to remove rind)
- Brush each side of watermelon wedges with olive oil
- Place on the grill for 2 minutes per side
- Remove watermelon wedges from grill and add salt and pepper
- Sprinkle with goat cheese and basil
- Drizzle with balsamic reduction
