Grilled Watermelon Steaks

Ingredients
1 seedless watermelon
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Balsamic reduction
Goat cheese
Basil 

Instructions

  1. Turn the grill to medium heat
  2. Cut watermelon into wedges (no need to remove rind) 
  3. Brush each side of watermelon wedges with olive oil 
  4. Place on the grill for 2 minutes per side 
  5. Remove watermelon wedges from grill and add salt and pepper 
  6. Sprinkle with goat cheese and basil 
  7. Drizzle with balsamic reduction
