Berry, Avocado and Chicken Leafy Green Salad

One of my favorite summer treats are blueberries dished out in every possible way. I'm presenting my Super Easy Blueberry and Avocado Leafy Green Salad recipe and adding a bit more protein with grilled chicken breast or shrimp and a cup of raspberries or strawberries on top, to the original recipe below.
Ingredients
12 oz spring mix leafy greens
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 cup blueberries
1 avocado, diced
1/2 cup gorgonzola, crumbled
1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
Red wine vinaigrette
Instructions
- On large rimmed platter, place greens, mixing in red onion
- Attractively arrange the next 4 ingredients on top of greens
- Lightly salt and add fresh cracked pepper
- Just before serving, toss with red wine vinaigrette
