Boozy Whipped Coffee

Grand Brulot is special in that it changes and evolves throughout the drinking experience. This uniquely dry and smooth blend of VSOP cognac and coffee delivers flavor notes of nutmeg & vanilla with subtle honey aroma, combined with rich, roasted, dark & dense nose and flavor from 100% Robusta Espresso. There are initial notes of sweet orange, dark cacao, and vanilla bean at the forefront, followed by the burst of coffee —which is more akin to a freshly ground bean that would be used in an intense espresso.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Grand Brulot

6 oz Milk (Dairy or Non-Dairy)

1 Tbsp Instant Coffee

1 Tbsp sugar

1 Tbsp water

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine sugar, instant coffee, and water. Whisk until peaks form.

In a shaker, mix Grand Brulot, milk and ice – shake until frothy and pour into a tall glass.

Spoon the instant coffee mixture over your Grand Brulot and milk and voila!
