Red-White-Bleu Appetizer

Ingredients 
4 garlic bulbs, roasted in olive oil 
1/2 cup Tomato jam or a quality cherry preserves
1/2  cup Gorgonzola, cubed
1/2 Baguette, sliced and toasted

Instructions

  1. Roast garlic bulbs till tender in olive oil
  2. Toast sliced baguette
  3. Assemble above ingredients on platter
