Cookies n’ Cream Overload Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients
4 oz. cream cheese
1 stick unsalted butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup milk
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1.5 cups chopped cookies and cream cookies
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, butter, and egg
- Add brown sugar
- Add remaining dry ingredients and mix until well combined
- Add milk chocolate chips and crushed oreos
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350
- Roll cookies into 1 inch balls
- Bake for 8 minutes (if not ready, bake for 2 more minutes)
- Leave cookies to cool on cooling rack
- once cookies are cool, place a small scoop of cookies and cream ice cream between two cookies (do the same for all remaining cookies. We recommend Three Twins Cookies and Cream Ice Cream
- place in the freezer overnight
